and certificate signed by artist.
Double-edged steel blade is decorated on 115 mm's length with etching, gilding, bluing in the form of stylized vegetable ornament. In the medallion on the blued background there is a picture of a moving sailing vessel. On the back side on the heel there is picture of a trade mark and date "1998", and on the side facets - inscription (in Russian): "(Author) O.V. Averkin. Zlatoust".
Barrel-shaped grip is fully wound around with smooth white and golden twisted wire and has small pommel, 2 ferrules and cross piece. On the pommel there is an embossment of "wind rose".
Metal sheath has 2 middle bands and a tip and is decorated with stylized vegetable ornament and pictures of a two-headed eagle and an anchor.
The middle bands, the tip and the hilt's details are decorated with sea ropes and laurel leafs garlands.
