Double-edged steel blade. On the blade's front side there is ribbon with inscription : "Life to Motherland, soul to God, honor to myself". On the heel there is a picture of two-headed eagle with a sword and a garland in his paws. On the back side - a trade mark and the date: "year of 1999". On the side facets - inscriptions: "Zlatoust. (Author) Yu.B. Riabkov".
Wooden barrel-like grip, glued over with leather, with inclined grooves interweaved with gold wire. On the pommel there is a star "in shining". The cross-piece is with rounded ends unbent to opposite directions and is decorated with laurel leafs.
Wooden sheath has mouth, middle band and tip, glued over with leather. On the mouth there is a picture of five-pointed star in the garland of oak-leafs in the rays of a rising sun.
