In the center of the dish, in the circle of garlands of oak leaves there is modern coat of arms of Yekaterinbourg city. Around the coat of arms - inscription in Russian: "Yekaterinbourg. 275". The field of the dish is decorated with garlands of laurel leaves and pictures of double-headed eagles, connected to each other by Old Russian ornament.
The figured facet of the dish is decorated with stylized vegetable ornament on the blue background.
On the back side of the dish, in a circle, there is trade mark and inscription in Russian: "Zlatoust city. 1998. (Author) Averkin O.V. Praktica".
