Or'n'Decor strives to provide exemplary customer service and high quality products at lowest possible prices.
All our artworks are guaranteed to be authentic, of exceptional quality, in superb / mint condition & properly packed (unless otherwise noted).
Prices in the Or'n'Decor virtual boutiques are in average 25% less than those in stands, galleries, exhibitions and similar trade manifestations we often participate in (details – in our NEWS).
In our eBay store you can obtain even better prices for some of our articles we periodically put on promotional sale.

Purchase & payment
Your computer must accept COOKIES. Select your article and click on BUY – the item is automatically added into your CART, its content becomes visible & interactive for you. You can add into your CART as many items as you want (from all 4 boutiques of 4 main sections of our site) by clicking on BUY.
When you are ready to make purchase – click on your selected articles in the CART, check your order, then click on BUY IT NOW and fill in the purchase form.
You will receive our invoice shortly (within 24 hours as a rule). The invoice contains all information necessary (price / payment method / shipment / insurance details) to proceed with your payment within 2 business days from the date of our invoice. (As far as possible we ask our buyers to confirm the invoice / fact of payment by return – in order to facilitate us your payment's tracking & clearance.)
We keep your purchase reserved for you during 5 business days from the date of our invoice. (The quickest and easiest for you and us is to handle payments via PayPal - we accept its momentary credit advice; French checks clearance can take additionally 3-5 banking days.)
We ship within max. 2 business days from the date of your payment receipt on our banking account.
We accept payments in EUR only - by checks (France only), banking transfers and through PayPal - worldwide payment system processing all major cards & checking accounts online. It's safe & quick, provides buyers with comprehensive free-of-charge service & big insurance for the Or'n'Decor's verified & trusted account. We do our best to monitor maximum of photos & description details on each article exposed. If still some additional data is required - please do no hesitate to contact us.

Order for making / copy
If you don't see option to BUY, but only to ORDER, that means that we've already sold this item, but its creator agrees to reproduce it, therefore we keep it in our catalogues.
Quite often additionally to buying you can order the same article for making – in case this option is available, it is displayed in the VIEW mode, in the end of each item's detailed description. To proceed with this type of order, please contact us.
Advantage for ordering: final prices will be less for 20-30% than for the items available + normally you can additionally offer your personal design element (also influences the final price). Inconvenience: delivery period will be much longer (1-5 months depending on the item's type), and you will have to prepay min.20% on order.
(Remember that we sell only hand-made works with high artistic values, our masters do not manufacture under samples / templates / moulds, so we do not offer copies: each item reproduced will also be unique and artistically different from its “original”.)

Shipment / insurance / delivery
We ship promptly (within 1-2 business days after your purchase & payment are cleared) worldwide by first-class post or express delivery with transport charges based on the actual destination address & nomenclature + quantity of each order – in full accordance with the buyer's requests.
In case of need, please care to order us suitable for you (auxiliary) insurance of valuable items while purchasing.
We ship from our stocks in France (as default, unless otherwise noted), alternatively - from Italy or Switzerland, responding to our buyer's special request & arrangement.

Taxes / duties / levies
We pay all necessary local taxes while shipping. We ask international buyers to check & care for any other taxes / import duties / levies that might be imposed in their countries of destination.

Discounts for volume purchases
Depending on the nomenclature and volume of the articles you purchased, we can find it possible to offer you nice overall discount in our final invoice.

Discounts for repeated customers
If you have already repeatedly purchased from us & want to pretend to additional discounts, please refer correspondingly in your next message to us - we'll be glad to afford more pleasure to you.

For single & ordinary sales we prefer to exchange e-mails.

Please keep all receipts and shipping records from the shippers / mailers for your own protection and for your or our possible insurance refund application.
